Pumps

• Air Diaphragm Pumps: Diaphragm group replacement, air valve replacement, and cleaning
• Magnetically Coupled Pumps: Coupling and casing inspection, bearing and insulation maintenance for leak-free operation.
• Mono and Lobe Pumps: Rotor and stator wear inspection, lobe balancing, and lathe operations
• Centrifugal Pumps: Impeller, seal, and bearing maintenance, balancing, and coupling adjustment.

Blower & Vacuum Pumps

• Roots Blower: Bearing and gearbox maintenance, clearance adjustment, and performance tests.
• Centrifugal Blower: Impeller balancing, belt and pulley systems, lubrication check.

Valves

• Ball, Butterfly, Control, Gate, and Check Valves: Body and disc resurfacing, actuator calibration, leakage tests.

Heat Exchangers

• Plate and Shell-and-Tube: Chemical cleaning, gasket replacement, plate replacement and testing, heat transfer efficiency measurements.

Our Service Process

1. Acceptance and Preliminary Inspection: The equipment is received, an initial inspection is performed, and a status report is presented to the customer.
2. Disassembly and Cleaning: The equipment is disassembled and cleaned using specialized methods.
3. Inspection and Measurement: Critical out-of-tolerance parts are identified, and a detailed service report and quote are prepared.
4. Repair and Overhaul: Parts are replaced, grinding, balancing, coupling adjustment, and assembly are performed.
5. Performance Testing: The product’s operation is checked.
6. Report and Delivery: The product is delivered with photographs and test images.
